Every birth is unique and you deserve compassionate, evidence-based support throughout your journey, regardless of where you plan to give birth, the type of delivery, or pain medication preferences.

If you’re expecting a baby, you’ve probably spent a lot of time thinking about what your baby’s birthday is going to be like. When will labor start? How will you know if “this is it?” Maybe you're worried about what the contractions will feel like or wondered what pain management techniques will work for you?
Whatever type of birth you envision for yourself, as your doula, I will sincerely and compassionately support your decisions, provide evidence-based education and information, and provide physical comfort measures during labor customized to your preferences.
Above all else, my mission is to support you in having a birth in which you feel confident, valued, and empowered.
I am a member of the LGBT+ community and am honored to work with and support families of all backgrounds.
In addition to Birth Doula Services, I am also a Birth Photographer, teach Childbirth Education Classes, and offer Placenta Encapsulation.
